About
The human behind the agents.
I'm Oumaima — founder of Agentic Pad, the AI-agent practice from Atelier'O. I help marketing teams adopt AI agents that actually earn their place.

The story
Fifteen years in marketing taught me where the time really goes.
For fifteen years I led marketing teams in the European tech sector — at SMBs and mid-market companies, the ones that have to do more with less. I know the pressure first-hand: deliver more every quarter, hire and skill a team faster than the tools change, and prove the ROI of every new thing you adopt. AI agents are the most promising of those things — and the easiest to get wrong.
Why Agentic Pad
Why I started Agentic Pad.
Most AI-agent projects stall or get quietly scrapped — not because the technology fails, but because they start too big, skip the governance, and never prove their value. I started Agentic Pad to do the opposite: find one workflow where an agent pays for itself, prove the ROI, and scale only what works. Human-led, with your IT and data teams in the room from day one — not bolted on after.
Differentiator
What makes this different.
I speak marketing.
Fifteen years leading the function in the EMEA tech sector — your pressures, your stack, your stakeholders. Not a generalist consultant learning your world on your time.
Governance is in my DNA.
I've worked across IT and data governance, so control and compliance aren't an afterthought — they're where we start. That's exactly what makes agents safe to scale.
One accountable partner.
I own the strategy and the line-of-business work; the technical build is delivered with vetted partner agencies. You get a single strategic partner who stays with it — not a hand-off.
I believe in an agentic-AI-plus-human future of work — agents do the heavy lifting, people stay in charge of the decisions that matter.
Let's prove it on one workflow.
